Lime Tree Reduction to a Four Metre Monolith, Cheshire

Play

This declining lime tree was reduced to a 4 metre monolith following discovery of extensive basal decay.

As part of the wider management plan, a replacement lime tree will be planted nearby in due course.

The work formed part of a larger programme of street management, including crown lifting and removal of epicormic growth along surrounding roads.

The work was carried out efficiently, with residents kept informed throughout and the site left clean and tidy on completion.
